Sameh Henein
Sameh has successfully produced dozens of the highest quality 3D walkthroughs throughout Oahu, from luxury properties as large as 16,000 square feet, to the most prominent penthouse suites along Honolulu’s South Shore. Leveraging the most out of the technology, combined with a skillful, artful eye for photography, his presentation standard is of exceeding excellence. He has a secret ability to troubleshoot complex scenarios that you may discover when you compare his results with that of other technicians.
Over the last 10 years, Sameh has had extensive leadership roles in film and live production that have given him a breadth of visual experience. Throughout his work pioneering media production & training centers in the Middle East and Asia, he has consistently put into practice his ability to bring ideas and content to life, while bringing people together as well as the details of technology. He now brings this passion into Hawaii Property ShowcaseTM, serving real estate and design-build professionals, as well as Hawaii’s hospitality venues, to help them get more ideal clients and become a brand that stands out from the rest.
JoAnne Henein
Originally holding an engineering degree specializing in business systems integration and consulting, JoAnne has ventured into the realm of creative media after a tenure of marketing AEC geniuses and IT techies, and working on an executive level with the largest locally owned and operated environmental consulting firm in Hawaii.
She has catalyzed a number of business development and marketing campaigns, overseeing strategy, event management, and creative collateral production. While overseas in Asia/Australia for 7 years, she has also managed documentary/NGO media production, including grant proposal and funding processes, working with cross-functional teams around the world. In all pieces, she values congruent, proudly articulated copy and visual design reflecting what a client truly stands for (as well as systems in place on the backend to make our job as streamlined and efficient as possible).
She too has travelled to 24 countries, for the purpose of business, mission, pleasure, or all of the above, resulting in an international perspective into the way we do business. Along with Sameh, she values nurturing client relationships - with honor, integrity, proactive follow-up and the delivery of product exceeding clients’ expectations.
